Mark Owsiejko, President, joined a large national
homebuilder immediately upon graduation from
Gannon University, and learned the business from the
ground up. He rose to a management position with
responsibility for hundreds of new homes each year.
Mark was eventually transferred to Indianapolis to help
start a new division of the company. After working in
Indianapolis Mark felt that he could successfully start a
custom home building company, NSI Residential
Properties. Mark started NSI Residential Properties
with the belief that he could offer Indiana homebuyers
the professionalism of a large company with the
knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility of a local
builder. NSI Residential Properties has become one
of Indiana's most respected custom builders.
Wesley Johnston, Field Supervisor of Construction,
has graduated with a degree in Construction
Management from the Purdue School of Engineering
and Technology. Wesley brings nine years of
residential construction experience along with his
degree. Wesley has worked with NSI Residential
Properties since 2005, during that time he has been
involved with many of the on-site activities from
foundation quality control to homeowner walk-thrus.
Wesley has also been involved with managing the
service and warranty of the home after the
homeowners have moved in.
